Our Founder

GenAIPI was founded by Jon Cheney — an entrepreneur, technologist, and AI strategist who has spent over two decades building technology companies and leading teams through digital transformation.

Jon founded GenAIPI because he saw a critical gap: companies were either ignoring AI entirely or adopting it without strategy, creating dependence instead of capability. GenAIPI exists to bridge that gap — installing AI transformation systems that build lasting internal capability.

What We Believe

We believe the organizations that will thrive in the AI era are the ones that treat AI as infrastructure, not magic. That means structured systems, clear leadership, and capability building — not one-off workshops or theoretical consulting.
